Which product do I need?
Tend for houseplants, Bloom for flowering plants, Beanstalk for fruit and veg, Green for lawns, Soil Improver for beds and borders before you plant. Use What are you growing? if you'd rather just tell us.
Where is it made?
On our family farm at Linstock, near Carlisle. The farm makes its own renewable energy by anaerobic digestion, and our plant food is made from what that process leaves behind. There's more on Our story.
How do I choose a size?
There's one size of each. Tend comes in a 250ml pump bottle, Bloom, Beanstalk and Green in 1L bottles, and Soil Improver in a 1L pouch. So the only decision is how many.
How do I use it?
Each product page has the directions from the back of the pack, and they're on the label too. The short version: Tend and Beanstalk go on as a splash around the base of the plant, watered in. Bloom and Green are mixed into a watering can by the capful. Soil Improver is worked into the top layer of soil.
What should I know about pets and children?
Keep the feeds where children and pets can't get at them, and follow the safety notes on the label. The label is the place to check for anything specific.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 2 to 3 working days, then deliver across the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48. It's £4.95 on orders under £20, £6.95 from £20 to £34.98, and free from £34.99. We're UK only for now.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, get in touch and we'll put it right at no cost to you. If you've changed your mind, you can send items back in a condition we can resell under your UK cancellation rights, with the return postage on you. The full details are in our returns policy.
Do you offer bundles?
No fixed bundles. Two things make a bigger basket worth it: pick any two of Bloom, Beanstalk, Green or the Soil Improver pouch and we'll add a Tend 250ml free, and UK delivery is free from £34.99.
How does the free Tend work?
Pick any two of Bloom, Beanstalk, Green or the Soil Improver pouch and we'll add a Tend 250ml for your houseplants, free. It goes into your basket on its own and shows as free at checkout.
It's one free Tend per order, and Tend itself doesn't count towards your two. If you take an item out and drop below two, the free Tend comes out too.
