Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere outside the UK.

How we deliver

Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, packed and dispatched by us from our farm in Cumbria.

The basket total is worked out after any discounts, including a free product added by an offer. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order will arrive

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

When your order is on its way, we will email you with your Royal Mail tracking details.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email info@naturalplantfoodcompany.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right. Damaged or wrong items are covered by our Refund policy, at no cost to you.
