Soil Improver is a peat-free soil improver in a 1L pouch, for working into the ground before you plant. It isn't a plant food and it isn't a bulk bag: it's a pouch for beds, borders and pots, for the bit of gardening nobody photographs.

We make it on our family farm at Linstock in Cumbria, from what the farm's renewable energy process leaves behind, and it's made without synthetic chemicals. A trowelful through the top layer of soil is a good start.

  • 100% natural
  • Peat-free
  • No synthetic chemicals
  • Made in the UK

What it is

A soil improver, not a plant food. A peat-free alternative for working in before you plant.

Who it's for

Anyone getting beds, borders or pots ready.

Why this one

The rust one. Sort the soil first, and future you will be glad.

How to use it

Work a trowelful through the top layer of soil around a plant or two. Potting up? Mix a couple of generous handfuls into the compost. You can also add a spadeful to the compost heap.

Where it comes from

Sort the soil, then plant.

Soil Improver comes from our family farm at Linstock, made from what our renewable energy process leaves behind. It goes in the ground before the plants do.

Sunday, a fork and a pouch.
